About Pup Gear HQ

Pup Gear HQ is an independent publisher dedicated to one goal: helping dog owners choose gear that keeps their dogs safe, comfortable, and close to home.

How we work

We test products on dogs of different sizes and temperaments, consult veterinary and behavior research, and update our guides when new evidence or better products appear. When we haven't tested something, we say so.

How we stay independent

We're reader-supported. If you buy through our links we may earn a small commission, but brands cannot pay for placement or review approval, and commissions never decide what we recommend.
